Our Approach
Pro Marine Underwriting (ProMarine UW) sought to redefine its brand identity and online presence to better reflect its unique position as a specialist Managing General Agent (MGA) in the commercial marine insurance sector. The project focused on crafting a brand that emphasised ProMarine’s core values: professionalism, technical expertise, and a personal touch. The branding process included developing a cohesive visual identity and tone of voice that highlighted ProMarine’s innovative and bespoke insurance solutions. For the website, the goal was to create an intuitive, user-friendly platform that showcased their products—such as Marine Hull, Machinery, and P&I cover—while facilitating direct customer engagement. Special attention was given to ensuring the site communicated ProMarine’s commitment to face-to-face service across the UK and Europe
The Results
The rebranding successfully captured ProMarine’s personality as “the human face of insurance,” combining professionalism with approachability. The new website design enhanced user experience with clear navigation, visually engaging layouts, and concise content tailored to their target audience. Key features included detailed product descriptions, a direct enquiry system for brokers and policyholders, and an emphasis on ProMarine’s unique selling points, such as their direct-to-customer policies and extensive industry expertise. This transformation not only strengthened ProMarine’s brand presence but also improved customer engagement by making their offerings more accessible and transparent
